Cheryl Porter Method LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to providing high-quality products and services. We stand behind our Mama’s Big Bundle and Vocal Star Academy programs (“Program”) and offer a refund policy to ensure your satisfaction.

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:

 - You must have purchased the Program directly from us.

 - Your request for a refund must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date. Any refunds requested or chargebacks issued following this period will be considered null and void.

 - You must provide proof that you have engaged in or completed less than 25% of the Program as outlined in Section 5.

If you are not completely satisfied with the Program, you can request a refund by following these steps:

1 - Contact Us: Send an email to our support team at info@cherylportermethod.com with the subject line “Refund Request - [Program Name].”

 - Your full name

 - The email address used for the purchase

 - The order number (if available)

 - A brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund

 - Proof of participation: Documentation showing that you have completed less than 25% of the program (e.g., progress reports, completed exercises, or other verifiable proof)

Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 7 business days. If approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment. Timing for credit to appear varies depending on your card issuer.

 - Timely Request: Must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.

 - Proof of Participation: You must not have completed more than 25% of the course.

 - Non-Refundable Items: Refunds or chargebacks requested after the 30-day period are null and void.

 - Disputes and Chargebacks: All terms will be used as evidence in any dispute. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks using this policy and associated documentation.
