Refund Policy

1. Overview
Cheryl Porter Method LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to providing high-quality products and services. We stand behind our Vocal Star Academy Complete Version, Vocal Star Academy Greatest Hits, Mama’s Big Bundle, and Cheryl Porter’s Greatest Hits programs (collectively referred to as the “Program”) and offer a refund policy designed to ensure customer satisfaction while protecting the integrity of our content and services.

2. Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:
 - You must have purchased the Program directly from Cheryl Porter Method LLC.
 - Your request for a refund must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date.
 - You must provide verifiable documentation that you have engaged in or completed no more than 25% of the Program content.
 - Requests submitted outside the 30-day refund period or exceeding 25% program completion are not eligible for a refund and will be considered null and void.

3. How to Request a Refund
If you meet the above criteria and are not completely satisfied with the Program, you may request a refund by completing the following steps:

 “Refund Request – [Name of Program]”
Include Required Details:
 - Your full name
 - The email address used for purchase 
 - Your order number (if available)
 - A brief explanation of why you’re requesting a refund
 - Proof of limited participation (such as screenshots of progress tracking, incomplete exercise submissions, or platform-generated usage data)

4. Processing Refunds
Once we receive your refund request, our support team will review your submission. You will receive an approval or denial decision within 7 business days. If your refund is approved, the credit will be issued to your original method of payment. Processing times may vary based on your financial institution.

5. Conditions for Refunds
Timely Submission: Refund requests must be received within 30 days of purchase.
Participation Limit: Refunds will only be granted to participants who have completed no more than 25% of the course content.
Non-Refundable Items:
 - Requests made outside of the 30-day window
 - Courses completed more than 25%
 - Purchases made from unauthorized resellers
Disputes and Chargebacks: Any chargebacks or payment disputes submitted outside of this policy will be formally contested by the Company. These Terms and proof of user activity will be used as evidence in any third-party dispute or arbitration.
